CACD Affiliation With Caer Groups
Community Awareness and Emergency Response (CAER) is a community-based volunteer organization that has been established since 1980.
CAER members plan, practice and co-ordinate activities to enhance safe operating practices and reduce the risk of emergency situations in their local communities.
CACD is proud to be a partner of the CAER groups and participates in local meetings and events.
